Repetitive Self Talk

We are the collection of who we hang out with, specially the 5 five people we spent our most of the time with, No this notion is far down the line . When we talk about who we are it all boils down to the mindset we have for different aspects of our life.

It‚Äôs the self talk we create in the brain through our experienced outcomes received while living our life this many years. The repetitive self talk and continuous exposure to certain kinds of experiences, people and our environment shape  our core belief, which seems to be positive in certain aspects while negative in others.

To illustrate, you are good at playing basketball, so you have a confident, positive and repetitive talk around doing it again in the head so you feel like it‚Äôs an easy thing and I enjoy it. Which is because you good memories and experiences stored in your heart and memory. This helps you grow in that domain.

While if you have no memory or good feelings when you once reached on to stage to do public speaking then you would likely avoid building more experiences towards that activity and you will fix your mindset regarding public speaking by repeated negative self talk, lack of enough positive experiences and exposure to the activity.

So, whatever you want to achieve go for it with small positive experiences and repeated exposures to that activity on what possibly you can do which makes you feel good then slowly move to more of tough levels & better look up to what you are talking about that activity or thing in your to yourself.
