Unfold

The feeling of being lost, seeking direction, feeling hopeless, fearing change, getting confused is common. 

What‚Äôs not common is the willingness to unfold yourself from the belief, the fears, perspective and deep rooted experience you had in the past. 

Meditation can be a good start to unfold yourself to the reality. The ease happens as you go on a regular practice and all calm down. 

Stay vulnerable and seek change because that‚Äôs your power, own it, build yourself and again.
