Is This Not Enough

There are times in our life, where we are working on something so hard and nothing works out as we expected.

We then start to feel and think like, we are on the wrong path and why things are not working out for us, in spite of so much of effort.

A similar thing happened to me few months back, I train myself daily for my fitness goals. It’s been years that my weight was not moving beyond 59kgs and it was painful for me.

Whenever, I looked into the mirror, I used to ask myself what am I doing wrong, why is not my weight going up in numbers.

For last 6 years my weight was almost around 59kgs, was not moving in spite of my best effort in exercise. I did one thing that I didn’t have up on myself and never lost hope that I will gain weight one day.

I was taking good amount of proteins thinking that my diet is all perfect, but one day while listening to a podcast I figured out that you have to take care of all the essential like proteins, fats and carbs.

Then I realised, what I was missing in my diet that would have helped me in gaining weight. After that I started to intake a lot of carbs and fats in my fitness routine.

All of a sudden everything started changing and in only 2 months, I touched 63kgs. That was a real change I could feel and this how I learned few lessons which are as follows.

• Never give up on yourself and your goals.
• Keep figuring things out about what works for you, if get this one habit in your life you will unstoppable.
• Hard work is essential to succeed in anything.
• Have big dreams and don’t give anything the power to distract you from them.
• If you work, the things you need will come your way one day or other.
