If you are about to start a company or any business, below is a checklist of qualities and characterstics to look for in a employee

  • The work should be core to the person. You are hiring. ( No freelancers)
  • Detail the end outcome you need.
  • Develop a contract around the job
  • Test the work before the final payment
  • Keep everything in writing.
  • Never adjust if the expected work is not delivered, point it out and ask for correction
  • Always tries to deliver more than expected not less.
  • Clarify your expectations from the work
  • What are the problems you solved and how you solved them detailed, personal & explanatory, specific answers…
  • Critical thinking
  • Dedication
  • Depth
  • Creativity
  • Love to innovate / change the standard
  • in 5 minutes tell me about yourself & your strength
  • Why do you want to work here ?
  • What was your greatest problem and how you overcame it ?
  • What makes you indispensable?
  • If money won’t be a problem would still join the company & why ?
